Missions Letter
Website updates, FB page, and new book published.
Dear Praying Friends,
We are thankful for the opportunity to send out this first missionary support letter and to share several exciting updates concerning the outreach work in Papua New Guinea. The Lord continues to open doors, and we are grateful for those who pray, encourage, and stand with us as we seek to strengthen local independent Baptist churches and help further the work of the Gospel in PNG.
One of the newest steps forward is the launch of our ministry website: https://pngibm.org/. This website is part of the outreach work we are doing in Papua New Guinea and is being developed as a place to provide information, resources, updates, and encouragement for those interested in the work. Along with the website, we have also started a new Facebook page: [insert Facebook page name or link]. Both the website and the Facebook page are still being developed, but we are excited to begin using these tools to communicate more effectively, share ministry updates, and make helpful Bible resources available to churches and families.
We are also pleased to announce that a new book has now been published. The book is titled The Word: Preserved. It is a handbook written especially for the local independent Baptist church and is intended for use in the family, in discipleship, and in Baptist Institutes. Our desire is that this resource will help believers understand and have confidence in the preserved Word of God, and that it will be a practical tool for pastors, teachers, parents, and students.
The book is now available on Etsy at the following link:
Please pray that the Lord will use this book to strengthen churches, encourage families, and help believers grow in their understanding of the Scriptures. Pray also for the continued development of the website and Facebook page, that these tools would be useful for communication, outreach, and discipleship.
Thank you for your prayers and interest in this ministry. We are grateful for every friend, church, and supporter who helps make this work possible. As we continue moving forward, we ask that you pray for wisdom, open doors, faithful laborers, and fruit that remains for the glory of God.
May the Lord bless you for your faithfulness and your part in the work.
In Christ’s service,
Terry Gilsenan
